Update on current status

Dear community,
The fourth lockdown in Austria has ended this Monday and with half of our workforce being diminished over the past couple of weeks, we unfortunately experienced some unpleasant delays in our fulfillment plan. We are sorry we could not stick to our original plan. This was not our intention and we keep on working hard to hold ourselves accountable to our promises.
Good news: We have already shipped off the first batch of parcels. To all backers with completed surveys and locked addresses - your packages are leaving our premises this week. Your tracking numbers will be sent to you with a Backerkit info mail.
(!) We are still missing out on some backers to respond to our mails and complete the survey. Please check your spam filters, otherwise we cannot fulfill your pledges. (!)
And an update on everyone who pledged for our Cl3inod. These beauties (!) are milled and going into surface treatment this week. We will ship your other purchases together with the Cl3inod after the holidays.

Dear Community,
thank you to everyone for completing our survey so quickly!
Some backers have still not provided us with their details, so please make sure to also check your spam filters for a BackerKit link to our survey. If you haven’t answered your survey yet, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.
The last day to make final updates to your order is this Friday, 05 November. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases and pledge upgrades. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping (we will communicate this date in another update).
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page.
As to our CRYPT3D Puzzles, here is a little update from behind the scenes:
A first charge of our puzzles has finished their surface treatment and are now about to be engraved with your personal messages.
Unfortunately, and a matter that is out of our hands due to the global pandemic, we are experiencing delays with our packaging producer. We are confident to be able to ship your puzzles from our workshop mid-November.
On another note, Christmas is around the corner! We have lots of CRYPT3D puzzles in stock – in case you want to order additional puzzles, please do so before 30 November (overseas, within Europe 12 December), so that they can make it in time to you for Christmas.
Surveys are out + brief update on our progress

Dear community,
first and foremost, a generous thank you for everyone’s patience!
We have finally sent out our survey to collect your personalisation wishes and shipping information.
We also managed to extend the maximum number of letters for personalised CRYPT3D puzzles from 20 to 25. When answering the survey, please do not exceed the maximum amount of letters.
Our puzzles are currently in surface treatment and are now awaiting your code words, your coordinates of your secret happy places or special dates. To make CRYPT3D your best fit :)
We have teamed up with BackerKit for the survey. If you are already familiar with their services, great!
If not, here is quick run-down: You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation e-mail contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards. Our survey deadline is set for next Sunday, October 17.
If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey e-mail again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page (link here).
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the e-mail address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another e-mail address that you prefer to use, please contact support.
If you want to share this project with your family, friends and kind strangers, hereis the link to our pre-order store. You can also add additional CRYPT3D puzzles, the full Troika set or the larger Cl3inod, as well as add personalisation and stands in our BackerKit survey.

Update: Production on track, surveys to be send out soon!

Dear community,
thank you for your patience!
Some time has passed, and we wanted to give you a brief update from behind the scenes.
We have experienced some complications with our survey, which we will hopefully have solved within this week. We will provide you with another update once the survey is sent out to every backer, so you know when to look out for mail from us.
We are happy to announce that our production is in full swing and running according to our plans. While we could not yet provide you with the survey, we have by no means not been busy off the screens. Below you can catch a glimpse of the first batch of material charge that has been cut and prepared for our machines. The first lot of CRYPT3D puzzles that we have produced in the last weeks are also ready for their surface treatment.

Dear community,
After months of preparation that resulted in the finale of our 33-day live campaign, we can gratefully finish this chapter and move on to putting our hands and minds to action and start making CRYPT3D a reality.
A heartfelt thank you for following along, backing our project and spreading the word!
We have been blessed with this great community – a total number of 435 curious minds from 45 countries that helped bring this idea into life. Wow!
We also want to express our sincere gratitude for family, friends and local partners for your support in this past month. We have been showered with lots of genuine, great advice, patience, feel-good meals and last-minute fulfillments from project partners. Merci!
We cannot wait to buckle up and fulfill your pledges in the upcoming weeks. As for now, we are sorting things out post-campaign, and will send out our survey approximately in the middle of next week. This is a heads up to please regularly check your spam filters, in case the survey does not reach your main inbox.
You will be able to add additional puzzles, stands and customisation to your pledge in our survey, so for whoever missed out on this during the campaign, you will be able to make changes to your pledge next week.
